Twenty-five years is a long time to be in business. It’s even more impressive when most of your company’s advertising is done through word of mouth.

It just proves that there’s something to be said for taking pride in your work and keeping customers happy.

Who doesn’t appreciate having a clean home, clean air, and properly maintained heating and cooling systems? Dun-Rite Vac specializes in making Prairie homes and businesses more comfortable for all.

A Family Owned Operation

For the past quarter of a century, owner/operator Dean Lang, his family, and his fellow business associates have been improving the air quality of homes and businesses throughout Saskatchewan and Western Manitoba.

The HVAC cleaning specialists at Dun-Rite Vac currently operate out of Saskatoon, Regina, Weyburn, and Yorkton.

Everything started back in 1985 with Dean helping out his father. During this time, he learned everything he could about duct and furnace cleaning. The first Dun-Rite Vac opened in 1998 in Yorkton.

The legacy continues today as Dean’s children and grandchildren carry on the tradition. Their commitment and work ethic have made the company a mainstay in the Prairies. The family is hands-on in managing the needs of the many communities they serve.

Sons Kris and Tyler are in Yorkton, with Tanner operating out of Saskatoon. Grandson Dakota works in Regina, supporting the family’s legacy of superior service.

Achieving NADCA Certification

Maintaining a loyal base of valued customers year after year is no small feat.

One of the important milestones Dun-Rite has achieved over the years is its NADCA certification back in 2010.

The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) is a worldwide standard for businesses catering to both the residential and commercial sectors.

Dun-Rite Vac’s association with NADCA ensures that customers are dealing with Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspectors (CVI) of the highest calibre. NADCA technicians are qualified to work on HVAC systems anywhere.

Certification Matters

Certification with NADCA credentials is a benchmark of excellence. It’s a global standard that everyone in the industry should aspire to at some point. NADCA is essential because it verifies the skills of professionals dealing with potential health risks and crucial property maintenance.

When it comes to cleaning services of this nature, you need to be thorough.

It’s no accident that Dun-Rite Vac currently has over 17,000 fans on its Facebook page and approximately 1,500 5-star reviews posted online.

Appreciation is a 2-way street. And that’s why Dun-Rite is committed to maintaining its quality of work and positive reputation for the benefit of new and returning customers.

Giving Back

Having achieved a fair amount of success in his chosen industry (and never one to rest on his laurels), Dean Lang is looking to start a fundraising group for sponsoring worthy non-profit organizations.

This charitable initiative is the company’s way of giving back to the communities they serve.

Here’s to the next 25 years!
